A 30 minute one-time individualized screening & consultation to determine if a formal speech and language assessment is warranted. The family will be provided with personalized notes regarding session. *As services are only available for California and Nevada residents at this time, please have 2 forms showing your proof of residency ready at the beginning of. the appointment.
